Individual Therapy
Dr. Gangi provides individual therapy only to teens (13+), adults and seniors. Dr. Gangi is effective in supporting you with navigating relationships with others including a partner, family or others, by bolstering communication techniques and emotional regulation strategies and skill building. There may be opportunities for your loved one to join a session, when Dr. Gangi and you deem it appropriate, or for Dr. Gangi to meet your loved one in a separate session, or in brief consult. Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) Evaluations
Dr. Gangi utilizes objective (computerized software) and subjective measures (behavior checklists and clinical interview) to assess for a confident diagnosis of ADHD. The computerized assessment that can be delivered directly to your computer (not able to be conducted on your phone), and once completed, are directly sent to Dr. Gangi for results and interpretation to review together with you on a designated session date. Dr. Gangi's team will then reach out to you to explain and discuss your results.
Evaluations and Payment
If you become a member of the Alma network (see information under the Rates and Insurance tab above), the evaluations are covered under your insurance plan.
If you are an out-of-network/out-of-pocket payer, the testing for cognitive and ADHD testing and can range between $300-$450, depending on the assessment.

Modality
Individual counseling via teletherapy. Dr. Gangi utilizes the zoom video conferencing platform with clients and has private and confidential zoom account. There have been some occasions in which Zoom connection has been poor. In those cases, Facetime, WhatsApp, or voice calls are then attempted.
