"EXCEPTIONAL, INSIGHTFUL CARE-I was fortunate enough to work with Tracy for the last year for a 6 week ketamine therapy process and again about a month ago for a booster.  I cannot say enough about how effective and positive my experience was.  Tracy is not only very knowledgable and experienced in her field but she also offers a genuine care and curiosity I believe to be rare.  For those of you considering Ketamine therapy and style of therapy, I attribute my success to the methods that Tracy and HI [Hampton Insight in Southampton, NY] use-which is injection, a present therapist and a very thoughtful integration.  It is an intense process but for me it was a short cut to resolving what talk therapy coudn't and the results for me were literally overnight.  My anxiety and fear are practically diminished and my quality of day to day life has significantly improved now that I am no longer controlled by false beliefs.  I cannot say enough about my experience with Tracy and encourage everyone that struggles with fear and anxiety to consider this path-it is life changing".
