Out-of-pocket/Self Pay fee: $225 per 45-minute session.
I am currently a provider with the Alma network (HelloAlma.com). Alma, a membership-based network for mental health care providers, aims to improve access to high-quality, affordable mental health care. Alma’s platform enables providers to accept insurance by working with insurance companies on behalf of providers, which reduces session costs down to a regular copayment, or lower. Alma is currently only contracted with following health insurance panels: United Health Care, Oxford, UMR. Oscar, Optum Health, Empire Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Harvard Pilgrim and Aetna. (Some exceptions may apply)
Out-of-Network
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan.
If you do not have insurance with one of the insurance companies listed above, please contact your insurance and ask the following questions:
- Do I have out-of-network insurance benefits for mental health services?
- If so, what is my deductible (if you have one) and has it been met? And, what is my reimbursement rate?
- How do I submit receipts to my out-of-network benefits for reimbursement?
- Are my mental health insurance benefits currently covering my virtual sessions at 100%?
Dr. Gangi does not submit claims for out-of-network benefits with other insurance companies. The typical session rate fee will be collected on each session date, and you will receipt a receipt for each session to submit to your health insurance for reimbursement.
Reduced Fee/Sliding Scale
Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis.
Payment
Venmo, Zelle, and all major credit cards accepted for payment. Payment is due on the day of each session.
Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified me by midnight of the prior day before your session, you will be required to pay a $40 late cancellation fee.

Confidentiality & Privacy Policy
The law protects the relationship between a client and a psychotherapist, and information cannot be disclosed without written permission.
Exceptions include:
Suspected child abuse or dependent adult or elder abuse, for which I am required by law to report this to the appropriate authorities immediately.
If a client is threatening serious bodily harm to another person/s, I must notify the police and inform the intended victim.
If a client intends to harm himself or herself, I will make every effort to enlist their cooperation in ensuring their safety. If they do not cooperate, I will take further measures without their permission that are provided to me by law in order to ensure their safety.
